What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are items that haven't arrived our HQ yet, but can be ordered in advanced to guarantee that you'll be the first to snag a piece before anyone else. Some styles are on a pre-order only basis, meaning we may never restock the style online and can only be purchased by placing a pre-order.

How long will it take for me to receive my pre-order?

Pre-orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for it to arrive to you. Please keep in mind, sometimes orders may experience minor delays.

Will I be charged right away?

Yes, you will be charged for your pre-order upon check out. 

Why was my pre-order cancelled?

Sometimes after you place your order, styles go out of stock for good and we are no longer able to fulfill your order. But don't worry, you'll be refunded back to your original method of payment ASAP.

What if I order in-stock item(s) along with my pre-order item?

We will ship the in-stock item(s) out first - unless you state otherwise (via order notes or email), and your pre-order item will ship as soon as it arrives our HQ.

Will I be charged shipping fees?

Standard shipping rates apply for pre-orders. We do offer free shipping for CAD + U.S. orders over $95!
