Shipping within Canada typically takes 1-5 business days. Shipping to the United States generally takes 10-15 business days.

Due to poor experiences in the past, we're now implementing a penalty for late arrivals. We'll allow a 10 minute grace period, once 10 minutes is up we'll be leaving our post and you will not be refunded your $5 deposit. You'll then have the choice to book another local pick up, or have us ship your order out. If you think you'll be late, please let us know at least one hour in advance so you don't lose your $5 deposit! We're super flexible.
At check out, please write a note saying you will be picking up your order and specify which pick-up location you'd prefer. Please also include a valid email address or your Instagram handle so we can get in touch when your order is ready to be picked up. When selecting a shipping method, if your order is below $75 and does not qualify for free shipping, please select Local Pick Up: Standard Shipping + $5 Refundable Deposit which includes the $5 deposit that will be refunded to you after a successful meet up. If your order is over $75 and qualifies for free shipping, please select Local Pick Up: Free Shipping + $5 Refundable Deposit.
Return policy stays the same - if you’re unhappy with your purchase or if the item doesn’t fit, you will be responsible for applicable postal charges. A return request submission must be made via e-mail only within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) and must arrive to our HQ within 7 business days after your return request has been approved. Please always keep your receipt as proof that you've sent your package back to our HQ in case there are any shipping delays with your postal office so you will not be held responsible.

We offer $9.95 flat-rate shipping on all Canadian orders, and free shipping for orders over $75.
For U.S shoppers we offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $18.95, and free shipping for orders over $150 (warehouse sale excluded).
Also before we forget, all prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post! You should receive an order confirmation shortly, and a shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days.
We do not have a retail store - Reigning Queen can only be found online. In order for us to keep our modest price tags, we will only be available online!
*Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges - store credit only.
If an item is faulty (damage not caused by the customer), we will replace it with the same item.
If you don't totally love your purchased item(s), the item(s) may be returned to us in exchange for a one-time store credit. This store credit will be issued as a discount code for the total amount you paid for the item(s), which can be used towards your next purchase. The purchase made with this discount code will be final sale.
*The customer is responsible for the additional return shipping charges.
In order for us to process a faulty item or to process a return in exchange for a store credit, the following conditions must be met:
- A request must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving the item and must arrive at our HQ within 7 business days of your return request approval. Customers are responsible for e-mailing us a photo of the postage receipt as proof of shipment to protect the customer in case the returned parcel arrives after 7 business days due to postal delays (not the fault of customer).
- The item is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn)
- The returned item must have all original tags attached
- The item has not been marked in any way (free from scents, deodorant, and makeup)
- The original receipt must be included in the package with the item being returned
- The item has been inspected by our team and is eligible for return
*The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event that an item is faulty and needing to be exchanged, and we do not have the appropriate item in stock.
