Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Processing your order can take up to 3 business days, but don't worry, more often than not, our team only takes a day to get your orders out. Shipping within Canada typically takes 1-7 business days (we hear some babes receive their packages as quick as the very next day within BC). 

Shipping to the United States generally takes 3-10 business days (sometimes even quicker).

In need of a fit ASAP? We recommend opting in for local pick up (within the B.C Lower Mainland), or selecting "priority shipping" at checkout to be sure. And of course, try to place your order ASAP so you're not crunched for time.

International shipping times may vary country to country.

DUE TO COVID-19, POSTAL CARRIERS MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS. We ask that you remain calm and collected as our postal workers are working super hard to get your packages out to you ASAP. Please note, once your package has been released to the post office, we no longer have control over your parcel.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are now shipping worldwide.


Do you offer local pick ups in Vancouver?

In a rush? Pick ups would be held at one of the following - Richmond Centre, Steveston Community Centre or RiverRock Casino in Richmond (most days after 3PM - same day pick up is a possibility) only.

Standard shipping rates apply for orders below $95 a refundable $5 deposit. Please note, we DO NOT allow meet-ups for returns. Returns must be shipped back to our HQ only. 

Due to poor experiences in the past, we're now implementing a penalty for late arrivals. We'll allow a 10 minute grace period, once 10 minutes is up we'll be leaving our post and you will not be refunded your $5 deposit. You'll then have the choice to book another local pick up, or have us ship your order out. If you think you'll be late, please let us know at least one hour in advance so you don't lose your $5 deposit! We're super flexible.

At check out, please write a note saying you will be picking up your order, and what your availability is like. Please also include a valid email address or your Instagram handle so we can get in touch when your order is ready to be picked up. When selecting a shipping method, if your order is below $95 and does not qualify for free shipping, please select Local Pick Up: Standard Shipping + $5 Refundable Deposit which includes the $5 deposit that will be refunded to you after a successful meetup. If your order is over $95 and qualifies for free shipping, please select Local Pick Up: Free Shipping + $5 Refundable Deposit.

Return policy stays the same - if you’re unhappy with your purchase or if the item doesn’t fit, you will be responsible for submitting a return request to within 3 business days from pick up, and shipping your unwanted items back to our HQ. Absolutely NO meet ups.

How much are shipping costs?

We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $9.95 for orders within BC, $14.95 on orders for the rest of Canada and free shipping for orders over $95 CAD.

For U.S shoppers we offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $14.95, and free shipping for orders over $95 CAD. 

International shipping costs vary by countries, the opportunity of free shipping on all orders over $195.

Also before we forget, all prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars.

My package never arrived.

Sometimes during transit, packages can get lost or stolen - at this point, the package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

Please follow these steps before reaching out to us:
- Check your tracking number to see what the status of your package is. Sometimes tracking numbers are displayed as "delivered", however, may take an additional business day or two for the mailman to physically deliver your package.
- Check your communal mailbox
- Check with your relatives, roommates, or neighbours
- Check nearby safe drop locations that the mailman may have used if no one was home (bushes, behind pillars, under your mat, back of your house, etc.)
- Go to your designated Canada Post location to see if it was dropped off

The address I provided was wrong.

If the address you provided was incorrect and your parcel is sent back to us, you will be required to pay an additional postage fee to re-ship your package + any additional processing fees charged by the postal carrier.

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address provided to us, we will not be able to replace your order. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. 


What is the shipping method used?

All packages are shipped via Canada Post! You should receive an order confirmation shortly, and a shipping confirmation within 1-3 business days.


Will I receive a tracking number?

You may receive your tracking number as soon as you receive your shipping confirmation, however, sometimes you may receive it the next day. Please do keep in mind that depending on your parcel, your order may not always come with a tracking number. 


Do you have a retail location?

We do not have a retail store - Reigning Queen can only be found online. In order for us to keep our modest price tags, we will only be available online!


What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide you would like to cancel your order, an Order Cancellation Request must be submitted to us within 30 minutes of your order being placed*. The request must be formally submitted to us by email at

Cancelled orders are subject to a $10 order cancellation fee to cover fees associated with our fulfillment team, which will be deducted from your return. 

*If we have already fulfilled the order, the order can no longer be cancelled - even if it's within the 30 minute cancellation period.


Do you have a sizing chart?

At this time not all styles have a sizing chart assigned to them, most do some don't - however, we're working super hard to have a sizing chart for every product! We always specify whether the piece you're looking at fits bigger or tighter, and we always include the measurements of our models + the size they're wearing for reference. Feel free to contact us with any sizing concerns - we're always happy to help and send more reference photos your way!
